To help us address your feedback quickly, please include the following where applicable:

Category — let us know what type of feedback you're sending:

Description — tell us what happened, what you expected, or what you'd like to see. The more detail, the better.

Screenshots — if reporting a bug or visual issue, a screenshot or screen recording is incredibly helpful. Just attach it to your email.

File info (optional) — if the issue is related to a specific data file, let us know the instrument, file format, and approximate number of samples/targets. You're welcome to attach the file if you're comfortable sharing it.
Common feature requests we're tracking

We're actively working on improvements including backend user accounts, additional export options, multi-plate merging, and interactive chart editing. If any of these matter to you, let us know — it helps us prioritize.
